What Capture does

Capture is documentation integrity for case mix and quality measures in skilled nursing. It checks MDS coding against the full clinical record before submission and finds unsupported, missed and conflicting information. It is the first step in the revenue cycle: Capture proves the documentation, Greenlight clears the authorization, Conduit bills and posts, and Salvage recovers what payers still get wrong.
